DIY Wedding Programs

The last several months I've been helping my sister plan her vintage-inspired dream wedding. Lucky for us, we have creative bones and love crafting so we were able to save some money by taking on some do-it-yourself projects, one of which included the wedding program.

Throughout the process, we learned that it's hard to find a "template" for wedding programs (unlike the unlimited supply of self-service invitation websites!). It really is different for everyone, tailored to the marriage ceremony, including special traditions based on religious affiliations - or lack thereof. To me that means one thing: Ultimate Creative Freedom!

After a quick shopping trip to Michael’s for supplies, we printed the verbaige on cardstock and started assembling. Here’s a look at what we came up with... more wedding photos and posts coming soon. Enjoy!

  1. I and my best friend are putting our efforts to make her wedding day best. We are looking for DIY ideas that will really help us. Have booked one of amazing San Francisco event venues for the day. Want to make the day really enjoyable and fun.

  2. Make a folder for all the multitudes of wedding information you will gather. Pick up a concertina style file from any office stationery shop and label the sections according to the different aspects of your wedding. Eg.find out here now
